Day 14. It’s a Sunday. Not only is it weigh-in day, but also the day of the NFC Championship. Can’t wait for that game. Should be a great game between two highly talented teams.
So back on course…the weigh-in. Well, today I weighed in at 196.6. That’s a 14.8 lb loss thus far. I’m cool with that. 😉 I knew I would only lose a couple lbs. this week, so it was to be expected. My first main goal is to hit the 20 lb. mark at the end of 30 days. That’s only because of the big loss during the first week though. All my other monthly goals will probably be around 10 lb. a month.
With that said, it’s far more important about the inches I lose vs. the lbs. Inches speak volumes and lbs. speak LIES!!! Ha! Seriously though, when I am losing inches and feeling all around better…I’ll take that over what some stupid scale says and so should you. Just saying. 🙂
I didn’t workout either. Not to fret, tomorrow will be full force back into working out.

Overall Feelings: It’s hard for me to put in to words how I actually feel right now. Excited. Happy. Ecstatic. Surprised. Proud. Yes, all these words represent me at this precise moment because…the Seahawks just came back to win the most exciting NFC Championship that I have ever witnessed. It was looking quite sad for them all game long and with minutes left in the game, came back from the dead and won the game in over-time. It was a truly amazing thing to watch. Way to go Seahawks! 🙂
NOTES: Nothing really additional to note for this day.
