Day 26. It’s Friday. TGIF! Another work week down. Yay! I think I get excited more than usual when Friday rolls around because it’s how great I have been feeling during the work week.
The fact that I get through the week without all the stress I was previously feeling, is such a blessing. Not only for me, but for my co-workers. Poor things. Bless their hearts. 😉
What’s ironic, is that my workload is the same or actually more…but it’s the sense of feeling that I am awake, alert, and focused that makes dealing with the stress so much easier. Not to mention dealing with certain individuals that would normally make us tense….as I stated the other day.
I know without a doubt that the healthier way I’ve been eating and the exercising I have been doing are the two reasons for such a shift in me mentally and emotionally. 🙂
I won’t bore you with the science of why that is in this post to keep this short and sweet, but I guess I should post about it because well…I do love the geeky science behind it all. That, and it’s just good to have a better understanding about how our bodies work and react.

Overall Feelings: Still really good overall. I felt a bit bloated in the morning, so I wasn’t happy with that. Could be the upcoming soon arrival of Queen Mary (what I call my lovely monthly visit 😉 ). I also felt a little sluggish in the afternoon, but pepped right back up after my afternoon snack. Yet again, maybe something that I can blame on her royal highness.
NOTES: My coffee consumption really isn’t a full cup. I’ve noticed that my coffee tumbler is 1/2 and sometimes 3/4 of the way full by the time lunch rolls around and I end up dumping it when I go home for lunch. So, though I always write down 1 cup for coffee, it’s rarely even that much.
