Alrighty, it’s Day 32. And it’s a Thursday which means one more day of work until the weekend. This will be the first weekend without football for several months. Oh no, what am I going to do. 😉
Living life would be a good start, huh. Hey, watching football is a part of my life worth living for, dang it!
Anyhow, I think it’s supposed to be sunny this weekend and around the lower 70’s, so something active outside would be a good thing. Guess I should check in with my better half to see what plans may be in store. 😉
Without a doubt, I’ll be going on the 4.0 mile walk that I have been doing on Saturdays. I love that walk. Since I missed Monday’s workout session, I may do more on Saturday or do a workout on Sunday and not take that as my rest day.
All I know is that I want to enjoy the outdoors and do something fun. 🙂
Day 31 Menu and Activities

- Seasoned with Trader Joe’s 21 Seasoning Salute
- Fruit medley (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries)
- 1 cup coffee, black
- 1 Tsp fish oil
- Large Salad
- mixed greens
- Grilled chicken (from Day 31 dinner)
- grape tomatoes
- shredded medley (broccoli, carrots, red cabbage)
- PaleoChef Wild Berry dressing
- Turkey Spaghetti (leftover from Day 30 Dinner)
- 93% lean ground turkey
- Rao’s marinara sauce
- spaghetti squash
- 1 Gallon+
- Great sleep
- Feeling stronger
- Feeling less stressed
- None really
Overall Feelings: Overall, things continue to be moving in the right direction. Luckily, I haven’t had any major cravings. Though, the “others” in my household brought home Panda Express and it smelled REALLY good. However, unlike before when I would immediately start drooling and foaming at the mouth, I was able to disregard it pretty quickly.
Hopefully, things will remain that way. That’s the challenge. 😉
