Day 47 and once again it’s Friday! TGIF! I can’t believe another week is down. I know I said it yesterday, but I still can’t believe how fast time is flying by. Is this really what happens when you’re over-the-hill? Damn gravity! 😉
Looking forward to yet another weekend of fun. I think we are going to try to go to the casino again to have the buffet since last week’s attempt was a bust. Mmm….meat, seafood, and yummy veggies.
I guess the test is on again if I can stay away from the dessert area. 😉

Overall Feelings: Pretty darn good. It’s a Friday so that always makes me happy. 🙂 My energy levels seem to be better during my workouts now. It wasn’t as hard to wake up this morning as it was previous days earlier in the week. I sweated my butt off during the cardio circuit this morning and felt really amazing afterwards.
NOTES: So this evening I ate chili…with beans. This is why I say that I am not strictly paleo and will eat things occasionally that are big paleo no-no’s. However, my take on this, is that this is exactly how I will maintain this lifestyle. Being strict all the time and never enjoying the occasional bad eats is a sure way to fail overall. That’s just my opinion and what works for me.
With that said, it will be interesting to see if/how the beans effect me. I’m looking forward to this little experiment and will definitively report on it tomorrow. Until then, I enjoyed every last bite of my better half’s chili! 🙂
Oh…and at least the beans were still all organic. 😉
