Day 55! Happy Saturday! Tick tock, tick tock…It’s almost been 60 days since starting this journey. Whew…I know I keep saying this, but man does time fly. I can’t believe it’s almost March already. Not just because I started this journey, but just the fact that Christmas still seemed like it was just a couple weeks ago.
The good thing about it is that means it’s that much closer to daylight savings time, which means two things…1. more daylight at the end of the day and 2. since there is more daylight at the end of the day, I get to start my walk/runs after work in the evenings. Yay! I’ve been look forward to it for a while now.

Overall Feelings: Besides the pre-cramps that I am having due to the impending lovely visit from her highness things are great! I’m surprised that I haven’t hit a wall yet or had any major downside to things yet. Then again, a downside eating healthy and exercising? Well, I guess in the past I would have thought…having to do it in the first place. Ha! 😉
I mean, don’t get me wrong…is every minute of every day peachy? Of course not! However, what I have found is that my ability to deal with stress and irritation has gotten FAR better than previously.
Things that used to irk me, pretty much don’t phase me know and if something does, I get over it rather quickly.
Just like stress. I’m able to deal with stressful situations in such a more calmer manner and a lot of things, just roll off my shoulder.
NOTES: As you can see, I am still having issues with eating lunch on the weekends. I need to keep trying to work at that. I just get wrapped up in what I am doing, that I pretty much forget to eat. I don’t have hunger pangs like I used to, so it’s simple for me to go through the day and then realize, “Oh crap, it’s dinner time!” I guess that’s a good and bad thing. I definitely need to ensure I am providing my body with the nutrients it needs to repair and recover from my workouts.
