Day 65 and it’s now Tuesday, March 10th, which means it’s the official start of the diet bet that I entered which is being sponsored by Jillian Michaels.
I am already enjoying conversing with some of the other participants. Everyone in the contest seems to be supportive and continuously cheers everyone else on. Nice solid group of like-minded individuals. 🙂
It’s also the second day of doing two-a-days and I am loving it. Though, I think I may have pulled my right hamstring a little. I guess that’s what I get when I try to sprint uphill. I won’t let it stop me, but I will definitely work to keep from injuring it more or at least try to. 😉 I never stated I was the smartest of people. Ha!
In all seriousness though, it’s not that bad. Just a bit sore, but nothing compared to what I have done previously. It’s all good. 🙂
And with that, let’s get on to Day 65’s grub:

Overall Feelings: I’m feeling pretty darn good. I did seem to have a bit of a restless night sleeping, which is something that I haven’t dealt with in the past month or so. I have been sleeping pretty soundly. Possibly one of the reason I tossed and turned what that I worked out a bit later in the evening and though I feel tired, maybe my body is still revved up. I was also hot then cold then hot again too which didn’t help.
I have a feeling things will settle down once my body adjusts to the extra workout I am now doing. Who knows…it’s just my assumption.
NOTES: Yes, I know I ate a pork loin chop and a sweet potato for the 3rd night in a row for dinner. I had all intentions of cooking, but I stepped it up during my evening walk/run that it left me pretty tired…so, I wimped out and ate leftovers again to make getting dinner in my belly quicker. 😉
I simply threw a sweet potato in the microwave and then re-heated one of the leftover pork chops I had. It was intended to be for breakfast tomorrow morning, but eh…I ate it tonight instead. 🙂
