Day 76. It’s Saturday! Happy weekend everyone! Ok, so today’s a busy day. Have to go to downtown San Diego (I live inland) to the Hot Chocolate 5k/15k Expo to pick up our packets for tomorrow’s 5K run. Then, we need to drive back home, change into painting clothes, and drive further north to Escondido to help our friends paint the interior of their home.
There’s A LOT of painting to do. Next Sunday is moving day, so we pretty much need to get all the interior stuff done this weekend as I guess they are tenting the house this Monday for termites and whatever other critters, so the house will be under a tent for 3 days. Yuck!
I have a feeling I’ll be painting both today and tomorrow. Guess we’ll see how it goes. 😉
Okay, so onto Day 76’s grub and activities:
Day 76 Menu and Activities
- Very Short Walk/Run – Should be a rest day
- 2 large brown eggs (cage-free or free range), scrambled with
- Aidells Chicken & Apple sausage
- 1/2 cup blueberries and strawberries (organic, if possible)
- 1 cup coffee, black
- 1 tsp fish oil
- Sweet Potato
- None 🙁
- 1 Gallon +
- Scrubbing cabinets and painting, painting, and more PAINTING
- Too busy to eat
Overall Feelings: I seem to have a ton of energy today, which always puts me in a great mood. Considering all the physical stuff I was doing today, it was much needed. J
NOTES: So, by looking at what I ate today, or shall I say a lack thereof…um, that’s not exactly good. I was so busy with painting and working on my friend’s house, that I just didn’t really eat. I did have a sweet potato for a snack when I was there, but that was it. Everyone else was eating pizza or fried chicken, and there was no way I was eating that. Not to mention, I think I was so focused on what I was doing, that I just wasn’t hungry.
I should have planned that better, but in some fitness circles, doing a day of fasting is highly beneficial…so, maybe I will just go with that. Ha! 😉
