Day 87! It’s Wednesday again. We’re halfway through another week and one day closer to yet another weekend. That always makes me happy. 😉
Also, I’m just about to hit the 90 day mark. 3 months of my journey thus far. I’ve decided that I would like to like to hit the 40 lbs. lost mark by 90 days as well. As of last week, I was only a few lbs. away, so we’ll see what happens this weekend when I weigh myself.
I totally forgot it was Easter this Sunday. Good thing I’m not into having big meals on Easter or gobbling tons of candy anymore or that day would probably ruin my attempt at reaching the 40 lb. mark.
Not to mention, the diet bet that I am currently on ends on Tuesday, April 7th…so I need to ensure that I maintain a level of cleanness when it comes to my eating. I’ve already hit the goal that was required to win the bet, but it wasn’t by a lot so I need to be good. 😉
And with that, let’s get on to Day 87’s menu and activities:

Overall Feelings: I’m feeling pretty good today. Unfortunately, I had to bow out from doing my 4 miles today because I had to take the kiddo expectantly to her Lacrosse game. By the time I would have dropped her off, went out on my route, and got home. I would not have had time to also eat and then head off to actually watch her game.
By the time the game would have been over and we got home, it would have been too late in the evening to eat dinner. I’m not fond of eating dinner at 8:30. 7:00 or roughly around 7:00 is usually the latest I want to go.
So yeah…no 4 miles today.
That’s okay though. Life happens and it’s just a matter of picking right back up as soon as you can. Hopefully this means that my walk/run tomorrow will be full of intensity and I might be able to yet again beat my time.
Oh wait, tomorrow is leg day. Hmm, so maybe it won’t be that intense after all. I guess I’ll be playing that one by ear. 😉
NOTES: Nothing more to add today.
