Day 9. I don’t think I can talk right now. I’m still upset at the devastating loss of the Oregon Ducks. They got their rears handed to them in the National Championship. Sadness. 🙁
Okay, fine. I’m over it.
Onward to talking about how the day went. Well, almost 10 days in things are going good. Still haven’t made it to the gym yet, but I guarantee that I’ll be starting up tomorrow.

Overall Feelings: So far so good. I continue to be excited for what this journey will bring. Just a positive change all around. No major setbacks just yet. I haven’t had any major cravings and my stomach seems to be pretty satisfied with the amount of food I am eating. When I start working out, we’ll see how that changes.
NOTES: I started to take 1 Tsp. of Fish Oil with my breakfast. I get it from SFH.com (Stronger, Faster, Healthier). It’s in liquid form and tastes really good. I get the orange flavor (see picture below). Not only is it packed with extremely high quality Omega 3s, but also Vitamin D, which is especially important for women as we age as it assists us against Osteoporosis amongst others things.
Besides having a great taste, I also love this brand because I never have those awful fish oil burps with this stuff. Definite PLUS in my book!
Once I start working out again and increasing those workouts, I’m also going to try one of their Whey powders. They have a recovery one which would be a great post-workout supplement to consume quality protein right away, which assists in muscle repair and recovery.
I’m reaching out to the company to see if I can get a coupon code for anyone who is interested in getting this brand. I’ll let you guys know. It might only be a 10% discount, but hey…something is better than nothing! 🙂
