Day 94! It’s Wednesday so that means…yup, yet another Happy Hump Day. 😉 So to let you know, my pup is doing much better today. She gobbled up the food I was allowed to give her. I felt bad because I was only allowed to give her little meatballs size bits and she just stared at me with those puppy dog eyes saying, “That’s it?” Ugh, talk about crushing me. Not to mention, the food that I have to give her is probably rather bland because it’s suppose to be a special food for her tummy right now….poor thing. Too bad it wasn’t rib-eye flavored.
Mmm….speaking of rib-eyes, I’ve been craving red meat like something fierce. I love a good grilled rib-eye paired with some grilled asparagus and a sweet potato…yup, I’m drooling right now.
I guess with that, let’s get in to today’s grub and activities. Ok…you’ll notice there was another day where the activity lacked. No worries…everything will be back to normal tomorrow.
Day 94 Menu and Activities
- 2 large brown eggs (cage-free or free range), scrambled with
- Aidells Chicken & Apple Sausage
- 1 tsp. Fish Oil
- 1 cup coffee, black
- Paleo Chocolate Zucchini Muffin
- Sweet Potato
Dinner (leftovers from Day 93):
- Paleo Slow-cooker Chicken Adobo
- Coconut Cauliflower rice
- 3/4 Gallon
- Deeper Sleep
Overall Feelings: I feel really good today. Don’t let the fact that I didn’t work out make you think otherwise. I just decided to catch up on sleep that I lacked due to my pup being sick the yesterday morning and though I had planned on my afternoon walk/run, I decided once I got home, just to relax. It’s okay to do that once in awhile, you know. Not everything has to be on a schedule all the time. 😉
However, I WILL be back to working out a.m. and p.m. tomorrow.
Sometimes, it’s just good to do something different and be defiant. 😉
