Day 99! Well, back to the grind again since it’s Monday. It was a pretty decent weekend and I got a lot of things done that I needed to this weekend. Not entirely all the things I needed to catch up on this blog like all the recipes I needed to re-post, but a fair share. Hopefully, I will get to finishing those up this upcoming weekend.
I swear, there never seems to be enough time in the day.
So, my right shoulder is still giving me pain. I have been going to the physical therapist every Monday to work on it. I’m not really suppose to be lifting weights (chest exercises) with it, or at least, not as heavy as I have been…so I think I am going to have to take it easy on the weight lifting even though that doesn’t make me too happy. I mean, I will still have leg day and work on back exercises, but I need to ensure I work only on exercises that allow me to maintain proper posture and keep my shoulders.
I’m rather stubborn and many times have to learn the hard way, but hey…at least I am learning. I’m not going to look at this as a setback in any way, it’s just a matter of working around it.
Basically, I just need to focus on exercises that don’t hurt, obviously, and strengthening my back and upper shoulders.
So, anyhow…let’s move on to Day 99’s grub and activities.

Overall Feelings: So today was a pretty decent day and I am feeling good. The only bad thing was my shoulder and that it’s kind of made me have to take a step back and rethink my morning workout routines. So, I guess I was wrong…everything isn’t back to normal. That’s ok though, like I said…it’s not a setback, it’s just something I have to work around and there are a lot of different things I can do…I just need to research them. 😉
NOTES: Nothing additional to add.
