The questions I’ll be answering are:
- How did you mentally prepare for this lifestyle change?
- Have you had any cravings and how do you handle them?
- Are you taking any supplements?
- How would you cope or what advice would you give someone with a busy schedule?
It’s funny. After last week’s video going for 17 minutes, I thought I would be able to cut down on time in the next videos I put out. If I would have just stuck to the 5 topics and not had a Q&A session, it would have been much shorter. However, the Q&A took things much longer, but I think it’s valuable information to share, so hopefully you think so to. If you don’t….well :oP ! All joking aside, I’ll try to work on cutting things down. Ha!
